Terms & Conditions

Welcome to MyHealthMart.in. By purchasing, renting, or using any medical equipment or service from us, you agree to the Terms & Conditions mentioned below. Please read this page carefully before proceeding with any order or usage.

1. Payments & Refund Policy

  • All payments must be made in advance before product delivery or installation.
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Part-payments, instalments, or deferred payments are not accepted.

2. Damage / Loss Liability

  • Customers are solely responsible for any loss, breakage, theft, or physical damage to the rented or purchased equipment.
  • The full repair or replacement cost will be charged to the customer.
  • Goods once sold are not returnable.

3. Rental Renewal Policy

  • Customers must inform us at least 2 days before the renewal date if they want to stop or continue the rental service.
  • If no update is provided, the customer will be charged the full monthly rental amount, even if the equipment was used for a few days or hours.

4. Accidental Damages

  • In case of accidental or unavoidable incidents, the customer remains liable to pay all applicable charges.
  • Any amount already paid is non-refundable.

5. Accepted Payment Methods

Payments can be made through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI / QR Code
  • Online Digital Payment Methods

Cash payments are not accepted, unless explicitly approved by the company.

6. Security Deposit

  • A security deposit is mandatory for all rented equipment.
  • Partial deposits are not allowed.
  • Deposit will be refunded only after adjusting any outstanding dues, damages, or additional charges.

7. Late Payment Charges

Delay in rental renewal payments will attract 24% per annum interest on the pending amount.

8. Equipment Usage Responsibility

  • Customers must follow all instructions provided on or with the equipment.
  • Any damage due to negligence, mishandling, improper operation, or lack of maintenance will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • At installation time, customers confirm the equipment is received in perfect working condition.

9. Service & Technical Support

  • If the equipment stops working due to a technical issue, the first visit is free.
  • Any additional service visits will be chargeable.
  • All products are delivered only after thorough testing by our engineering team.

10. Repeated Complaints Handling

  • If repeated complaints are reported, the company will inspect the equipment.
  • Extra visits, repeated checks, or multi-time service support may be chargeable.
  • Customers must cooperate during inspection and testing.

11. Company Liability Limitations

MyHealthMart.in is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by mishandling or improper usage
  • External factors such as power issues, voltage fluctuations, or water damage
  • Issues occurring after installation due to customer actions or negligence

12. Policy Revisions

MyHealthMart.in reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services implies agreement with the updated terms.

Additional Terms for Sale & Rental Equipment

A. Electrical & Battery-Operated Equipment

  • Power source must have proper earthing with no loose connections.
  • Electrical burnouts are not covered under warranty.
  • Battery-powered devices must be charged at least once a week to avoid permanent discharge and warranty issues.

B. Respiratory Equipment Instructions

  • Regular cleaning of filters, mask, hosepipe is mandatory.
  • Only filtered/RO water must be used in Oxygen Concentrators and PAP machines.
  • Water spillage on circuits is not covered under warranty.
  • Proper room ventilation is essential.
  • Equipment must be given periodic rest to avoid overheating.

C. Equipment Usage Guidelines

  • Equipment must be used only for its intended medical purpose and preferably under guidance of a trained medical professional.
  • Customers must follow the demonstration and instructions provided by our staff.

D. Prohibitions on Rented Equipment

Customers are not allowed to:

  • Assign, lend, pledge, transfer, or sublease the equipment
  • Create any lien, encumbrance, or security interest on the equipment

E. Alterations & Modifications

Modifying, opening, altering, or tampering with any part of the equipment is strictly prohibited.

F. Governing Law

  • This agreement is governed by the Laws of India.
  • Customers agree to jurisdiction under the courts of Delhi, India.

G. Official Communication

All notices, requests, approvals, or complaints must be sent in writing to:
